Security
There are three levels of security in our timekeeper software, administrators, manager and employees. Administrator access is granted through the use of an Administrator password, so are the Managers.
Administrators can configure the system, run reports, add and edit Employee details.
Employees can clock themselves in and out.
Managers can view Timesheet Audit Logs and Timesheet Summary Reports by Employee.
Reporting
Comprehensive Timesheet Audit Logs are available to run by Time and Employee selections.
Up to date Timesheet Summary Reports are available to run by Time and Employee selections.
Integration
Currently the product integrates with Timefiler/IMS Payroll.
It has flexibility and can be configured for integration with other products.
